Frequently asked questions
What materials are used to make your skillet?
The skillet is made of 5 layers of alternating stainless steel and aluminum. The cooking surface is made from 18/10 stainless steel to give the perfect non-toxic cooking surface. Inside, there are 2 layers of aluminum for even heat distribution and fast heating, while an inner core of 18/0 steel allows for induction cooking.
What is the return policy for your skillet?
We know there is always some hesitation when ordering online, so we offer a free 60-day return or exchange period, no questions asked.
Is your skillet dishwasher safe?
Yea! The skillet is 100% dishwasher safe! We recommend that you still clean off the excess food from the surface of the pan
Is your skillet nonstick?
Stainless steel makes for an excellent (and healthy) nonstick surface - but you need to know how to use it. To make the surface nonstick, you want to make sure the pan is heated up before you add in your oil. Follow this simple step and you'll see great results!
Is your skillet easy to clean?
Stainless steel is very easy to clean. For best results, you should let your pan cool down completely before washing it. Stainless steel contracts when it cools down, and as this happens, the food will release from the surface. A simple wash with dish soap and water will then do the trick.
In the event that you have a particularly stubborn stain, you can use a stainless steel cooking cleaner, which will make your pan look brand new.
Where is your skillet made?
Our cookware is designed in Boston and manufactured by one of the top aluminum & stainless steel cladding facilities in Southern China. This facility is owned and operated by our manufacturing partner in Belgium. A big part of our business is finding partners that have excellent experience, quality, and ethics and our current manufacturing partner checks all the boxes and then some!
